SCUBE offers order pickup from our store in Port Louis or free delivery is available for orders above Rs.5,000. Orders below Rs. 5,000 are delivered with a fee
1. Order the Product and Specify the Delivery option
2. You Will Receive an Order Confirmation Message
3. Wait for our confirmation mail when the order is ready to be collected or delivery scheduled.
4. Pick up Your Order at your chosen location after payment or wait for the delivery team to contact you.
Return Policy
At Scube.mu, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 3 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened software, custom orders, and clearance items are non-returnable unless found defective.
Return Process

Once approved, return the item in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Options
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery:
Notify us within 48 hours.
We will arrange a replacement or repair, or offer a full refund based on the situation.

Unfortunately, our office and store are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
We are open for deliveries from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays.
Generally, we ensure that all orders are ready for collection within the next business day. However,bulky and heavy items may take longer. Please inform us for any urgent needs on your order checkout and we will do our best to fulfill your requirements.
